| Our annual senior exams include blood pressure testing as well as intra-ocular pressure testing (for glaucoma). It is highly recommended that all pets over 8 years of age (larger dogs over 6 years of age) have laboratory tests - both blood and urine - done annually to establish a baseline as well as detecting early changes in diseases. Early detection of disease will ensure an early start to treatment and a longer and better quality of life. |
