Maritess D. Tinio, DVM

Maritess D. Tinio, DVM

Veterinarian

I graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2006 and started working full-time at Cedar Way Veterinary Clinic in 2013. My medical interests include behavior management, preventative care, and emergency medicine. In fact, I have been known to work at our local emergency clinics as a relief clinician. Striving to make each pet as comfortable as possible during their visits, I use patience and a gentle hand.

When not at work, I share my life with a neurotic, work-in-progress Shiba Inu named Kasper and a former barn cat named Joy. I enjoy traveling both domestically and internationally, spending time with my close-knit extended family and friends, as well as exploring my creative and artistic sides.
